My name is Rose Barboza and I am a wedding minster, from Santa Rosa, California. I have been so blessed to be able to perform marriage ceremonies since 1997. My first wedding I officiated was my nephew’s. I was so honored that he and his fiancé had asked me to perform their marriage ceremony. I enjoyed that day so much, I continue to perform ceremonies year after year. To this day, I still get chills (sometimes even tears) as I pronounce the couple as husband and wife! What a wonderful “job” I have!

Personally, I have been married since 1986 to a fantastic man. We have 2 beautiful girls named Desirae and Vanessa. I am grateful everyday for my wonderful family.

My official license to marry couples comes from Universal Life Church. I am also a licensed Spiritual Counselor for The Center of Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa, California.
